What is email? When do you use email in your own personal life? List reasons and ways that people use email. What do you know about "email etiquette"?

Email is a way for people to contact other people and businesses to contact customers. I use email to look at things or coupons businesses send me. I never use it to contact anyone I know. People use email to contact people by sending them messages, pictures, links, and other things. Businesses can also contact people through it. I know nothing about email etiquette.
